Nick was great. Explain Dixie now owned by MVP and they will honor the maintenance contract we purchased from Dixie when we got the HVAC system in 2021.
I am a member and called on short notice with a noticeable gas leak. My whole basement smelled like propane. They got me on the schedule a couple hours later and the tech that came out Rabah Seggar was very informative and found the leak quickly. He showed me exactly what needed to be repaired and got it done fast with a couple of new fittings. He was very friendly and seemed genuinely happy to be there to help me. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs HVAC, Plumbing, or electrical work. They're fast, friendly and very fair on price. 5 star service every time they have been to my house.
I needed a toilet replaced and a drain fixed. John and Reed took care of both problems and worked hard for 6 hours getting everything done and done right. They were friendly and knowledgeable and I would be happy to use them again.
Caden did a great job at fixing the main issue but he forgot to finish an issue he was going to resolve that wa created by the previous MVP tech. I sent him a text message about 10min after he left and never got a response back. A bit disappointing.
Well I am a very happy camper. About a hour after setting appointment today Amari W. Showed up explained what he was about to do and got started. Cody M. Had picked up equipment but wasn’t far behind. After explaining what he would be attending to and verifying how we were positioning the a/c unit he finished helping to cover floor “ no scratches on walls or floors when they left. The tech's were very nice and knowledgeable.. diagnosed the problem and had them change 2 other parts that tested weak... all in all a very positive experience was very comfortable to me... josh stanley was very nice i enjoyed our interaction.
John was very nice, understanding, and took great care of us. He was able to resolve our problem as fast as he could on a Sunday. He was also very sweet and gentle towards our cats, who are very curious about everything and "like to help." I appreciated his time, effort, and communication to us, and the patience he had for our pets.
Kody has been an excellent professional who helped me install a level 2 EV charger at home. I highly recommend Kody and MVP for all AC, Heating and Electric needs at your place. Kody deserves a 5 star for his courtesy, knowledge and professionalism.
We called several companies for help with our furnace and MVP responded right away and. Our technician Trynton called and came within an hour. He fixed our furnace and explained what was done,showing pictures of the problem. He was very quick and professional, our heat was back on in a short time . We are very happy with MVP.

7/30/24 - We received great customer service from both the office and field techs. Rhonda Van Anne helped ensure we had the best deal on two new systems, and the field tech was very prompt, friendly, and informative.
I had a great experience with MVP. They installed a new water heater about 5 years ago and I had no problems till the other day when I had no hot water. They came out and looked everything over and they decided that with all the wind we had it must have blown out the pilot light and as soon as he re lit it and it was working fine.
When we noticed the floods of muck, we thought we were “plumb” out of luck! To our relief, John Beth arrived with great haste and promptly applied his expertise! He removed a section of ceiling, which left us a bit reeling, but was back at dawn and it wasn’t too long, before multiple toilets were back in order! John Beth cleaned up all of the mess, and with a flash to the door, John Beth was no more, and now all is all right with all the pipes sealed tight!
Great to work with Kody. He took time to explain what happened with our electrical fault and answered our questions. Will recommend him to others and contact him again for any future work.

We had a very good experience with the entire team at MVP over the past week. Will Bethay came out to help with a furnace issue and not only fixed the problem quickly, but was very helpful in explaining what was going on with our HVAC overall. We had a very old system that I had been reluctant to deal with yet, and Will helped us conclude it may be worth just replacing the whole set-up. Antoni Glover was here within the day to get us a quote, and as two sales people ourselves, we appreciated his directness and ability to understand our needs without trying to upsell us. We have made big purchases at this house before (deck, appliances, etc) and Antonio has been the easiest to work with. Lastly, Uriel Velez and Diego just left! They made the replacement process super easy. The price was exactly what we expected, the service was even quicker. My husband joked that MVP now holds a special place in his heart - but truly this will be the only place we call again for any needs. Lastly, I'll add that as a younger female homeowner in this process, I am often overlooked and reps/techs only talk to my husband. The quickest way to lose a sale from me is to do that, but every single team member from MVP made me feel equally involved. Thanks to the whole team!

Tryntin got here earlier than expected, called to make sure earlier was okay, and was on top of the job from the get go. He got my heat running within one hour of being at my home after it not working the night before, and he went through every option he had for maintenance thoroughly without feeling like I was being uncharged. He even found the year my HVAC was out in that me and my inspector couldn’t find when we first moved in. All in all great job. Would recommend and will definitely keep MVP in mind next time I’m in a pinch!
John Beth came to fix our toilet. He gave me 3 options and didn’t push for me to choose the pricier options. He was very friendly and professional. I would highly recommend him and MVP!
MVP is a very thorough and knowledgeable group of people. They have signage on the trucks and their uniforms so they represent the company without question. Prompt, and if running late, they call. All lisensed and insured. Nice guys.

Mistake corrected! Last year MVP came out to repair our A/C that was short cycling. Thermostat was replaced but we failed to notice it didn’t have humidity control like our previous one. The following February I checked the humidifier only to learn of the issue. One call to MVP to inform them and they sent Logan out the next day and replaced it with no push back and no charge! Integrity demonstrated. Thank you MVP.
