I called them to fix my Gas Fireplace because Casey Fireplace who I had used before I was busy to the middle of JanuaryThey were able to come in a very reasonable amount of time and diagnose the problem.I had questions about the repair so I called them back and they sent my guy back out and he did some adjustments and corrected the issue.

Very nice tech came out to clear my drain. It turned out to be a challenge but he worked hard on it. His name was Marquis. We have to have a plumber come out to address an issue but Marquis did a good job.

When I called to get a quote for 2 drain openings/cleanings, they explained that I could sign up for a Membership ($15/month) and it gives me 2 free drain openings. They also informed me that I could cancel the membership at any time.The plumber that came out was very professional and fast.I would recommend this company.

I had Jacob and River and five stars for amazing customer service. Both gentlemen stayed late trying to resolve our clogged system. They were both highly informative, professional, and friendly. Unfortunately, due to plumbers in high demand this season, we were seen on a Friday and were given options for the following day. Which falls on the weekend. I had to take off a star due to the insane pricing, we were quoted about $1500 for a hydro jet in our clogged mainline. This was already super high because we have home insurance AND home warranty insurance so this was completely out of pocket. Mid Saturday we received papers in order for someone to perform the service. The price doubled and no one got back to us when we questioned the original quote. This could be because their finance office doesn’t work weekends.. unsure. We were desperate, but not that desperate. We ended up having to go with a competitor because the response was faster and quotes were accurate and affordable. We now have running water but will continue to use MVP membership in hopes that it was just due to the weekend.
