We recently had a new 3-ton high-efficiency modulating HVAC system installed by Uriel Velez and his team, Ernesto R. and Jose, from MVP HVAC. They came to do yearly maintenance on the air conditioner and found that the compressor was about to go out after 7 years. They replaced the compressor and added a unit that would make the turning off and on of the air conditioner during the warm times easier and might help save electricity. This repair saved me from having damage to my air conditioner. The repairman was thorough and gave me all my options. He also looked at the furnace.

Was pleasantly surprised with the service I received today for my annual air conditioning check up with this new company. Their representative notified me that he would be arriving 20 minutes before he showed up for the Correct time my appointment was scheduled for. He explained everything in full detail and let me know about maintenance program. They had available if I was interested. I was pleased to find that the maintenance program also included several other items that would be available for a free check up for a reasonable $15 Contract. I would definitely recommend this company

My technician David Stewart provided excellent service today! He immediately put in booties to protect my hardwood floors. The MVP Technician was very friendly, professional, and helpful. He informed me that my 5 year old unit, installed by MVP, should have a surge protector and ignition switch. I thanked him for the information and asked that he express to his superiors that as a teacher who struggles financially, I would’ve appreciated that information when the unit was installed so the cost could’ve been rolled into my financing.
