I had a mysterious electrical odor in my house. I originally believed it was coming from my furnace. The HVAC tech determined the furnace was okay. At 3 pm, I called MVP and their tech (Leo Munoz and an assistant) was at my home before 5 pm. Leo found the problem in a basement outlet and also found out of code issues in my breaker box. All problems were resolved by about 6:30. Leo and assistant were very polite and efficient. I am very pleased with their service.
We were touch and go on the morning schedule but he finally came in the afternoon. Everything checked out okay He replaced the humidifier element and turned it on. We were good to go. Thanks

Keagan Turner was awesome! He was very professional and polite. He was very detailed in the heater tune up prepping for winter and found issues and solved them before I was without heat. Very respectful and treated my dogs great even though they were being dogs. I would highly recommend him for any work.
I am an MVP member and they received my service call at 2:30 and had my furnace repaired by 5 PM with a $49 service charge. I think the response time was excellent and the price was good enough.Their techs are always knowledgeable.
The Customer Service was excellent! I received a call from the person my husband had contacted this morning within 30 minutes to discuss the replacement of our old water heater. He went over the details with me and said that Shane would call before heading my way. Shane arrived as promised and explained the workings of everything in an easy to understand way. I've used this company since they took over APW heating and cooling. Staff is always pretty awesome at dealing with my service. Like clockwork they come each season to che k over my equipment and see if there's anything else I need. Only wish they had taken over sooner and I would have gotten a vacation with my new furnace and air-conditioner that I had installed through previous company. Anyways they are pretty great.

The tech sent to our house was very nice and knowledgeable. He did 3 repairs to our furnace. The cost was very high at $1575.00. We pray we were not scammed.
