The Customer Service was excellent! I received a call from the person my husband had contacted this morning within 30 minutes to discuss the replacement of our old water heater. He went over the details with me and said that Shane would call before heading my way. Shane arrived as promised and explained the workings of everything in an easy to understand way. He didn't try to sell me on unnecessary stuff and did a great job of working efficiently. It was a very pleasant experience in all.Thank you, MVP!

I've used this company since they took over APW heating and cooling. Staff is always pretty awesome at dealing with my service. Like clockwork they come each season to che k over my equipment and see if there's anything else I need. Only wish they had taken over sooner and I would have gotten a vacation with my new furnace and air-conditioner that I had installed through previous company. Anyways they are pretty great.

Dawson, was the technician that MVP sent to do our annual check up on our furnace. He was absolutely great! He serviced our furnace and found a problem with our flue pipe. He got all of the materials he needed to make the repairs today. He stuck with us and got a new flue pipe installed. .He was friendly and knowledgeable and efficient! I would highly recommend him! We felt really lucky that Dawson came out to check our furnace this season!
