What an excellent job buy two MVP technicians today! The first technician, Spencer, came this morning for my routine six month AC / Furnace maintenance checkup included in my MVP membership. Many readings were taken and he discovered the need to replace the six year old capacitor that was reading below specs causing strain on the condinsor and motor. Also, I am now the proud owner of a new electronic filtration filter that cleans air better and does not cut down as much on airflow that will only need to be replaced every six months. I am especially impressed with the the diagnosis of a problem I was having with a furnace fuse that constantly was switching off at the fuse box panel. Spencer immediately got ahold of MVP's electrician Jevon, who specializes in fuse box scenarios. Jevon came within forty minutes to install a fifty amp fuse replacing the thirty amp fuse that was tripping. It also required running a heavier wire from the fuse box to the furnace. Both Spencer and Jevon are very polite top-notch technicians who answered all my questions and gave me insight I didn't have before on my current AC / Furnace system and what to expect in the future. Following all the fixes Spencer stayed and explained details concerning my current thermostat that had been perplexing me. Thank you MVP for having such professional employees like Spencer and Jevon!

Furnace stopped working and the tech repaired it in no time at all..we have an old furnace and several contractors have tried to sell us a new furnace. Nick fixed it. We will use it until it doesn't run. Excellent service!

We recently had a new 3-ton high-efficiency modulating HVAC system installed by Uriel Velez and his team, Ernesto R. and Jose, from MVP HVAC. They arrived right on time and were fast, professional, courteous, and incredibly efficient. To protect our carpets, they covered our floors with cloths, which we really appreciated. The installation was done with impressive precision and care, leaving everything neat and tidy. They came to do yearly maintenance on the air conditioner and found that the compressor was about to go out after 7 years. They replaced the compressor and added a unit that would make the turning off and on of the air conditioner during the warm times easier and might help save electricity. This repair saved me from having damage to my air conditioner. The repairman was thorough and gave me all my options. He also looked at the furnace.
