MVP was great. My mother in law had a gas leak amongst other issues and Will and Don were excellent. The customer service was great and Don was able to fix the leaking pipe. I highly recommend these guys and this company. I was skeptical of the membership at first but honestly it makes complete sense, especially if you have an older house and expect a lot of work to be done which we do. Thanks guys.

Yesterday MVP installed my new 50 gal. water heater, which I won in their drawing at the KC Home Show. I am very happy with heater, and installation by their dilligent, knowledgable plumber, who answered all my questions cheerfully, and was respectful of my home, putting down plastic floor coverings, and being careful with walls and furnishings. He cleaned the work area afterwards, too. A Very pleasant man! I am completely satisfied, and would reccommend this company.

Spencer did a great job on my service call. While he came out to do an annual checkup of my furnace, I actually needed him to check out my humidifier. After a follow up call to Aprilaire tech support it was decided that I needed a different model steam canister. I have replaced that now and am waiting to see if it works like I want.

September:It was late in the evening by the time technician arrived for clogged kitchen drain. I appreciate the notification and picture of Tech that was going to be onsite. He was very polite and professional. He made sure there were no leaks and the drain was running clear. Thorough, enough to check basement plumbing & drains before leaving. He was very pleasant.January:Called for service for furnace issue during extreme cold. Tech Rabah Seggar showed up on time. He was very helpful and honest about 20+ yr old furnace. He replaced parts that he could to keep me safely running. I have heat and a follow up appointment regarding stability of unit.

Jerry came out and looked at our fireplace and quickly diagnosed the problem! Had to order parts, but he came by within a few days to fix the issue! We signed up for the monthly membership. It’s $15 a month and you get some great benefits, including 10% off parts and labor for any service you have done! Worth the price if all you do is get your furnace and ac checked/cleaned in the spring and fall, since that’s also included, as part of membership! The people at MVP are wonderful too! Ricky got me all squared away when I first called. He also set up our membership Rhonda got us all scheduled for the service! Then Jerry did the hard part! Thanks again!

Work very well to fit my schedule, which I appreciate. Typically to get work done you have to work with their schedule, MVP made it work with mine, even coming after work. They did a great job diagnosis in the problem and fix the issue immediately. Technician was enthusiastic about they work and made every effort to do a great job.Had the electricians out last week and followed up with HVAC this week.They both did an outstanding job.

While Shane was doing a repair on the shower valve he mentioned the poor quality of our water causes calcification and a water purifier could help— our appliances would last longer and our plumbing would work better overall. The very next day we asked Shane to come back to install the AP904 water purification system. The results were amazing! The water tasted and smelled cleaner, our skin and hair felt better…even our coffee tastes better when made with pure water!! Thank you Shane for suggesting it!! Best improvement we’ve ever done!

Keagan is as terrific! He did a thorough evaluation of my HVAC system, and pointed out some problems that I was totally unaware of. I have not been feeling well this year and I learned that I had mold in my system and that the filter I had been paying $50 every three months for was, in fact, not working. It was validating to know that I wasn’t crazy every time I wondered why there was so much dust all over my house right after I had finished dusting. He explained what the solution was and when I signed off, went and got everything taken care of in one visit. Now I never have to change my filter and the dust will be gone! He also arranged for another group to come tomorrow to help resolve a secondary issue. I’m really impressed with the MVP group and their membership. I will continue to use them for all of my plumbing, HVAC and electrical needs

They are Lifesavers it was 55° in my supposed to be windchill of -25 below tomorrow and they came and did my job at almost a moments notice. My furnace was not able to be repaired so he went above and beyond to get a crew out within a couple of hours to get my new system put in.Pat Soptic came to figure out why my furnace was making a squealing noise. He was able to fix the problem pretty easily. He was professional and was fast at fixing the problem.
